Macau’s imports of mobile phones rose 93.1 percent to 4.08 billion patacas in the first seven months of the year, the Statistics and Census Bureau (DSEC) said in a statement on Friday.
In July, imports of mobile phones increased 59.9 percent to 331 million patacas year on year.
Gold jewellery imports grew 20.9 percent to 4.33 billion patacas in the first seven months. In July, gold jewellery imports rose 35.9 percent to 678 million patacas.
