The weather is noticeably cooler after passing the last solar term of autumn called “Shuangjiang” (Frost Descent) last Thursday, the 18th of the 24 traditional Chinese solar terms that marks the transition period from autumn to winter, and what better way to warm up for winter than by having a good hotpot?
To help people prepare for the weather, Broadway Food Street is once again holding its popular Hot Pot Street promotion taking place now until February 29, offering 20 varieties of hotpots in 14 restaurants.
New to the feast this year is a self-select station where customers can pick the freshest catches of the day, organic vegetables, and select cuts of quality beef across the globe at a central station that can all be enjoyed in any of the 20 hotpot offerings.
