Activists from the grassroots New Macau Association (NMA) yesterday urged the Public Prosecution Office (MP) to investigate whether any locals obtained their so-called one-way permits illegally.

NMA President Scott Chiang Meng Hin and Vice President Jason Chao Teng Hei yesterday handed in their petition to an official of the Public Prosecution Office outside its headquarters in Nape.

The activists urged the office to start an investigation into the matter.
