Yin explained the historical significance of the academy to the journalists. At the invitation of the Liaison Office, 15 English- and Portuguese-language media journalists began a four-day fact-finding trip to five cities in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) yesterday morning. Apart from Guangzhou, the delegation will also visit the cities of Zhaoqing, Kai Ping, Jiangmen and Xinhui. The delegation also includes officials from the Liaison Office, Macau Government Information Bureau (GCS) and Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the MSAR, as well as information officials from the five GBA cities and seven Guangdong Radio and Television staff members. The delegation is slated to arrive back in Macau on Saturday evening.
