SJM Holdings' net profit rises 12.5 pct in 2019

Macau regulator lowers base rate to 0.86 pct
The Macau Monetary Authority (AMCM) today lowered its base rate (BR) of the discount window by 64 basis points to 0.86 percent. It was the second time this month for Macau’s quasi-central bank to lower its policy rate.
