Govt launches int’l cuisine course for secondary schools

The government published yesterday the vocational education curriculum for an “international cuisine course” for schools run by the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau (DSEJ).

The curriculum was published in the Official Gazette (BO) in the form of an administrative order signed by Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture Alexis Tam Chon Weng.

According to the order, pupils who pass the three-year course will receive a secondary school diploma and a professional qualification certificate.
