The Health Bureau (SSM) said yesterday that a new-born has been hospitalised with hypothermia.According to an SSM statement, even though doctors diagnosed the case as “mild hypothermia”, they decided that the infant remain under observation at the public Conde de S. Wynn to pay ‘winter bonus’
