Local man takes photos & videos of schoolgirl’s legs on LRT
A man has been arrested for taking photos and videos of the legs of a female primary school student on the Light Rail Transit (LRT), Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Lei Chan Hong said during a regular press conference yesterday.The suspect in his twenties is surnamed Chan.
