Gaming sector employs over 57,000
A total of 57,246 people were employed full-time by Macau’s gaming sector at the end of last year, a year-on-year- growth of 1.1 percent, the Statistics and Census Bureau (DSEC) announced yesterday.The sector employed about 14.5 percent of the city’s labour force of 394,900 at that time.The number of dealers (croupiers) rose by 1.1 percent to 24,719 at the end of last year. Flyover to link Areia Preta with Zone A

601 books published in Macau in 2018: report
A total of 601 books were published in Macau last year, Radio Macau reported yesterday, a decrease of 36 books compared to 2017, quoting a report by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC).
