Rubbish catches fire outside Horta da Mitra market
When a garbage truck was collecting rubbish outside the Horta da Mitra wet market yesterday evening, the rubbish caught fire, the Fire Services Bureau (CB) said in a statement.The refuse workers found that smoke came from dumped car batteries amongst the rubbish, and reported the case to the bureau.Firemen rushed to the scene and quickly extinguished the fire.
